The most significant recent project, completed in 2020, transformed nearly a mile of Santa Fe Avenue—Vista's main downtown street—into the Paseo Santa Fe, a pedestrian-friendly corridor designed to connect residents and visitors through outdoor gathering spaces and ground-floor activity.
